with limited display area and congestion at lunch time... -

This was the granite topped counter that has
been re-topped with 2mm stainless
and strengthened panels to take new tray slide -
BISHOPS' SCHOOLUpon delivery, the equipment had to come
up these stairs to the first floor canteen
Using our ingenious idea, we managed to transport
all the equipment to the first floor safely -
BISHOPS' SCHOOLFirst counter being installed in the kitchen
Stainless sheeting to the wall
Electrics hidden under the counter
And all whilst being supervised by Sarah Hewitt -

Custom made cutlery tray installed (customer request)
Each unit tested electrically and for functionality -

ready for power pole to be installed
and counter front panelling. -

consumer unit hidden away and false back
for power pole to supply 3 phase power to board
Side glass damaged on merchandiser during transit
emergency replacement glass sourced and fitted -
BISHOPS SCHOOLCustom gastronorm fabrication to take 1/3
and 1/6 pans, 100mm deep with an angle of
10 degrees towards the back to make it easier
for staff to serve the subway style sandwiches -

On site electricians installing LED lighting
OTS still on schedule for completion -
